The third “Leading SAFe” training has successfully been performed in the COOPANS Alliance.
Long content:
This group of 15 participants was with diversity where also our main supplier, Thales, had three team members in the training. That diversity was reflected in very broad and good discussions that brought a lot of value.
The training was done with Kasper Dannefer (SAFe 5 Program Consultant) from PA Consulting and me as his co-trainer.
As always, we had a nice social event the evening in between where we had a good beer-game with agile change-management content followed by a nice dinner in Copenhagen city.
