The COOPANS CEOs took the opportunity to discuss the challenges ahead, focussing mainly on the topics of ATC One and EXODUS implementation as well as COOPANS strategy and governance evolution. 

This was also the first Alliance Board under the new chairmanship of Mario Kunovec-Varga, Director General Croatia Control, who thanked previous Chair Philipp Piber, Managing Director Austro Control, for his tenure and laid out his priorities for the coming months.
